We have chosen to follow the best prevention protocols to guarantee you a completely safe holiday, through the "Secure Clean Hotel" regulations and in full respect of nature in the "Garda Green Hotels" style. All surfaces and contact points are cleaned and disinfected several times a day! We also take care of adequate ventilation and air exchange. Of course, all our rooms are completely sanitized after each departure. We have also been using ozone machinery for 7 years already!

- Our restaurant offers you a lot of space, guaranteeing the necessary distance for prevention and privacy. We will spoil you exclusively and the dishes will be served with protective masks.
- Starting the day with a good breakfast is important. If the awakening is in our hotel which houses a large restaurant, you will have the possibility of an à la carte breakfast prepared with great care by our kitchen staff to end a well-rounded gourmet experience. This is our reason for great pride, as no one on Lake Garda offers such a service!
- In the kitchen the various meals are prepared as always with such care; the surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected and the staff works with masks and gloves.

- Our beach, our swimming pool and our relaxation areas offer space for everyone, in compliance with sanitary hygiene measures.
- Enjoy aquatic fun as before - the salt-based sanitizing machinery in our swimming pool provides the antibacterial and antiviral effect.
- In the new outdoor fitness area, disinfectants are available for you to sanitize tools before and after use.
- To ensure maximum protection during treatments and massages, our collaborator and guests will wear a mask. The beautician-masseuse works exclusively with gloves. After each treatment all used accessories and the used room are disinfected.
- Due to the current sanitary hygiene safety protocols, our spa can only be used for exclusive use. in the event of a change in the regulations, the spa will be reopened as soon as possible in the same way that you already know.

- Bicycles, E-bikes, Kayaks, Sup and all our equipment are at your disposal and are disinfected after each use.
- Public transportation by bus, train and ferry is completely guaranteed.
- Museums and attractions are open from May 25th.
